Double charged

Has any one purchased coins and been charged for two set while receiving only one set? If you have will you PLEASE tell me how you got the double charge resolved. How long it took to get the error fixed?

Already contacted kingdomsupport@haypi.com. Sent them the reciept I got from iTunes. Couldn't get the ss of confirm cuz pvp had finished by the time I knew they charged me twice. I haven't heard back from that source. I tried in game support link again. Was told haypi doesn't have refund rights. But if I could get iTunes to refund me they would remove the coins (the ones I didn't get) from my account. I was told I could talk to tracy (no such user in s4 or pvp) whom someone here told me was support1. I've had no reply to any of my messages to them. If I can't get my money back then I want my coins. Is that to much to ask for. I know it's only $20. But it was my $20. It's been almost a month.

It takes them a day or 2 to get back to u b pateint. Support goes through several hundered letters/emails a day if the don't answer in a few days then contact a bot/ Thomas on forum

Finally heard from support998. Was told to send confirmation letter. How do I send a confirm letter from a past pvp. I didn't know we are required to screen shot everything so we can back up our claims. Anyone have any ideas on how to retrieve something like that?
