Can't register Correctly and Can't play

My friend bought the new version but when to register there is no e-mail address or refer player's name asked.
He entered user name and password and than started the game. Amazingly found that the user name was totally different with what he had input. The name he got was ha_xxxxxxxx (seems like random numbers).
And then he quit and started game again and only got a blank screen.

So now he is writing to the support team to get this to be handled.

Anyone others had the same problem in these days?

Apparently this was put into place so all the new people get this.

Tell him do tasks 1 through 5 and then we will be able to choose a user name and referral i think

The problem is he can't get into the game now. When start always get the message "Your device had alredy registered, your username is ha_58050537."

Is he able to multi - task if he is then tell him to close the app completely then restart it.

Every time close the app completely and restart and get

Tried turning your itouch off and on again else i don't know sorry mate

if he deleted app before doing task5 then hes screwed. cos delete app, lose the /documents/. lose /documents/ lose login data for ha ie screwed

yeah, thats the problem with the new registering thing, you cant make your own password straight away :/
