lost troops

btw, after reading the "example" my screen name is kev9395, and i want my troops back. thought it was kinda obvious, but if now, then there it is.....

Its a shame that unless things have changed you wont get your troops back, if this is just a one time glitch and you had proof of how many troops etc then maybe but if its regular haypi don't want to go through 10,000 20,000 people restoring units when there time is better spent fixing the bug.

i have screen shots of everything and already sent to them. this is the second time something like this has happened. they gave my troops back the first time.

Something like this happened to me. Email the ss to yourself (go to photos on ipod, press the button at the bottom of the screen that lets you group photos and then choose 5 or less (you can only share 5 at a time i think) press share and then send it to yourself. GO to your email and open haypi forum as well. Click post reply on the forum and then go down to upload attachment. Go back to your email and save the photos (all of them) in a place you can find them. Now go back to the forum and press choose file (in the upload attachment tab) and then find a file. Press add file. Press choose file again if you have another pic (or another few pics).

yes i did that but files are "too big". i need to resize them. but if anyone wants to see leave your email addy and i will be haypi (lol) to send them.

What you want the email to post on forums? because if you have already emailed support the Screen shots then we don't need them

I have had this same glitch happen twice to me. I believe the problem is that the hunting troops never get called back from their hunt. So they are still eating crop but you can't call them back or it gives you a connection error. I believe that the troops that didn't starve get dropped into your barracks so that it adds more crop consumption to your city causing more starvation. Ie
In my situation I was -60k. I had 21k cav n 11k cats in a city. They starved I should have lost about 7k cats or a mix. Whatever. The 21k cav and 4 k cats drop back into barracks creating more consumption but the original group still shows as alive and eating crops so now I'm -210k crops and they starve sgain and now I have 0 troops. I got on and they still sjowed as hunting but when I tried to recall nothing came back. Same exactly on both instances.
