lost troops

Ok, so i have emailed haypi about this like a dozen times and have gotten no where so i am gonna try posting on here......

On oct. 4th i had 10k cats and about 9500 infantry. I went to bed only to find out that my troops had died due to starvation. I had 3 letters that had the exact same time stamp (all from same city). When i went to bed my crop consumption was -4k. I had 3-400k crop in my city. So why did they starve?

I had then looked at the rest of my cities to find one with a higher lvl crop than the other (alt cities with no troops or enhancing) and the smaller lvl was outproducing by double. (something must have been fixed because as of today this is no longer the case). I took screen shots of all of this but all support was able to do was email me back showing me how consumption is figured out. so when i figured out what mine should be at that time it was 7k less than what the game showed.

So here i am trying to figure out how i could be 4k negative consumption and wake up with no troops. my main city has 2 lvl 17 and 2 lvl 18 crops, and at the time i had 4 lvl 8 and 3 lvl 9 oasis. and like i said earlier, i had 3 different starvings all with the same time stamp on it to the second. which i have never seen before.

can someone please help???????

Training Units - hunts - Moving Units - Attacking units, these are all the possibilities did you actually check these before you went to bed?

my units were on hunt. and then starved so were back in barracks when i awoke.

the last section of the 2 subs i was talking about, had no units in them.

Did you actually loose units because [i'm not to sure] some one could have taken your hunting oasis over causing them to return.

Edit: Mate you can use the edit tool its next to quote bottom right hand corner of your message box

i suppose that could have happened, but that doesnt really matter as i was not attacked. i have the screenshots that show i lost them to starvation. the point is that they should not have starved. i was only -4k

edit tool for what?

Ok i have no idea i was just enquiring further.

And the edit tool is to stop double posting it makes it easier to read or w/e

what do i have to disable for that? i dont see double of anything. also, do u know how to post ss on here?

i have screen shots i was gonna post, but files size too large, and i dont feel like messin with it right now.... more to come though if anyone can help.
