A lev 10 turret can take out 85 cats and 77 cavs per turn assuming no defensive upgrades.
To give you an idea of a real world number, my lev9 turrets with lev 8 shooting have taken out in the range of 650-800 cats. Unless you have pissed someone off, it won't ever pay to attack someone stacked with lev 9 or 10 turrets. If all three rows of turrets are level 10 and can reach the cats, they can take out 1275 cats/turn.
Here is a small table w. lev of cats, and how many of each troop a turret can take out per round, and the total number if you have all 15 fully built out.
