Pre-set battle commands

When u get attacked by someone when ur not online, it is aggrivating because all units on your side just move forward making easy targets for enemy cats to just sit back. It would be nice to pre-set unit command for situations like this, such as holding your cats, or your 20k inf so it doesnt just advance and get slaughtered, they would need to advance and fall in your cats range(maybe).
Just an idea, thoughts and additions?

I was thinking about this just the other day, it's an excellent idea and it woul help alot since I tend to suicide my cats on forts and oasis while I'm in chat.

A bit broad. Refine. I dislike the suggestion and wouldn't support it, but others might. Can you preset your troops invidually? (ex make cats wait, make cavs forward)
This really wouldn't help much. If the other player has a lot of cats they can still wipe you using the shild tactic/100k arc tactic. After wiping your cats, it would be all to easy to wipe everthing else.

Solution: don't leave troops out, @Koala, pay more attention.

I think the whole point is to reward people that are online a lot. . .if you dont log onto haypi or leave troops out then i see no reason why you shouldnt be punished:) auto commands are unnecessary in my opinion, the person that takes the time to command the battle should have an advantage and an auto pilot would take the effort out of playing. . .

rogue i support your idea but think about this. if you have preset. battle commands it doesnt matter. if your offline or dont login your army will die the same as if they were going forward. it would only help if u forget maybe 1-2 rounds

i dont support this idea my theroy is if your offline and leave (example hits of last night) 5k cats or 2k cat 8k calv or anythign in 1 city thats above 7k thats unnessicary if this goes thru the only thing to make haypi worse is if someone said like " hey we should have a unit counter and if the attacker has less units your units auto recall to the attacked city and defend with pre set commands. it would make the game betterz" of course that would turn haypi from a stratay game to a game u just build units feed hunt units and log off...

I agree, I think if you leave your troops out or whatever and your offline then thats your own fault and you should be punished!!
Yea it takes a long time to build back up but it's your fault!!
You shouldn't be leaving troops in your city when your gone!!

So if you leave your troops out, o well!!
It's just yummy prestige for others!!!
