you should upgrade it to lvl 10.. Shooting is one of the most important techs in the game.

Get your speed and shooting to 10 PRONTO. Followed by attack and defense.

Doesn't matter if your oppenent has 50,000 catapults and you have 100,000 catapults. If his/hers speed or shooting skills is higher then yours, its likely that you will loose.

Just realized 100k to 50k catapults might be a bit extreme.
Either way, more or less army, your going to loose if he/she has higher shooting or speed.
