Re: Support, PLEASE read

I supposedly had my titles removed for things I said on Pal in private conversations with people even though I asked to have it removed that's what they say.

Re: Support, PLEASE read

When it comes to players if you are in a PAL group conversing how to hack, glitch, or disrupt the haypi community you can be reported for a ban/mute. Support would make the final decision on what to do.

Now for experts/mods: these players are held to a higher standard since they represent the Haypi Staff in their own way. If they are caught bad mouthing haypi or it's staff they can be held accountable for their actions like what happened recently. Compare this to a supervisor/manager going with his employee to a bar. At the bar he gets drunk, harass's female employees, bad mouths the company and the boss, and makes a fool of himself. Now suppose the owner of the company was there. I believe the next morning he would be cleaning out his desk eventhough what he did was outside of work. If i'm in a palringo group with a bunch of players talking privately i would wish for that conversation to stay just that. As for the person making the conversation public you must ask what are his intentions? what is he gaining? it could be revenge, fame, monetary value, or favor.

experts will naturally have biased opinions of the game without a doubt for what truly is an expert except for a mere watch dog fed scraps in the form of VIP status. You're supervisor/manager example would be a classic case of a business avoiding a harrassment law suit and nothing with a question of morals or ethics, nothing new about that.

This is true in the world of government and politics, Haypi doesnt meet that criteria, sorry!

Not to mention it's always brought up to everyone's attention that kids play the game, which make up the majority of the players, so don't expect them to be the model "employee/haypian" never acting out. Remember we are haypi's clients and what we say outside of the game shouldn't have consequences. In the end if haypi does reach out of their jurisdiction and begin enforcing their policies on palringo chat groups it only proves that it mirrors government sanctioned censoring on media, thus promoting a false image of a idyllic community.

Re: Support, PLEASE read

1. Whatever his intentions or be it a mod/expert monitoring the group. The ruling may still apply

2. Scraps lol you can downplay something you don't have but experts/mods are who they are because they share w certain love for the game and wish to preserve it. Now for the example yes it could be due a harrassment lawsuit but the point it was trying to serve is regarding representation. Not sure your age or even if you held a corporate job but it's behavior like that, that can cause your career to nosedive and have your colleagues lose respect for you and upper management to cut you out of the equation. It's career suicide.

3. Um actually yes it does apply to haypi lol and most other scenarios as well rofl. Idk if you are familiar with being in any type of moderator position in a game, forum, Job, etc but just because you aren't directly in the location doesn't mean your actions won't make you be held accountable. It's not media sanction if there is slandering involved and a company is trying to protect their image. Haypi as a company can't run effectively if they have their top guys who they call their justice system running around bad mouthing them especially to other players who are part of the community. It's one thing to go on a totally different game like halo and talk smack, but to go to a chat room where haypi community members gather to cuss and talk smack about the game and it's staff reflects poorly on the decision haypi and it's staff made to elect someone who bites the hand that feeds him.

Your business example was indeed a poor representation, you seem to have forgotten that this is a game and not a way of life for it's players so constantly referring to it as a job/career only shows you lack the capabilities to separate your personal from your business life. Assuming you do have a personal life. As for my age it's irrevalent and my career let's just say I'm responsible for hundreds of lives and millions worth of equipment on a daily basis.

A company can't protect their image from unsatisfied clients. Trying to cover up bad reviews only shows poor management and the inability to adapt to change. This isn't about Vayne Goldylocks this is about coolieo's attempt to report two other players and what they said on palringo.

Who hasnt gone with a few colleagues for a round or two after a hetic days work to reflect. Probably the guy no one likes thats for sure. Are you talking about Vayne again? Let it go already! This isn't about him.

Haypi actually reserve the right to do as they please within Haypi.

It doesn't particularly matter who, what, when or why; they can do it if they deem it necessary.

That is obvious we've seen the censoring that takes place, uncalled banning of -yassy-, and banning with no warning of -ulysses-

Sorry, I can't comment on those; I've no idea what the story behind them is.

At the end of the day, we're all subject to those who have made this game available.
I personally think if someone has displayed proof anywhere at all that they are abusing the game or people in it, action taken within the game is justified.
It's not like they're banning pal or email accounts.
Keep your nose clean, and you're sweet. (you're- general, not anyone in particular).

Re: Support, PLEASE read

Call it censoring but we call it crowd control. Unfortunetly there are players who can't make civil debate and resort to rude comments and bashing. Hence they get warned then banned. Be civilized and you won't be punished.

1. Judging from your response and the need to bash I highly doubt your credibility as a professional or age to back it up. Now in regards to the life separation we do have it although mods take it a bit more serious since we are committed to the game. That's the reason we are mods it's cause of the love of the game and we treat it as a business since we are considered haypi staff along with fellow experts who share that same honor.

2. Actually I believe this also shows your lack of experience in the professional world since most companies have a marketing team in charge of damage control where they do whatever it takes to quell any type of negative press. No need to have a companys dirty laundry splattered all over publically, that just shows naivety if you want to have a drama show in public. Actually my point addresses all ex experts and mods since vayne isn't the first to have fallen and like was seen the rules apply to everyone that breaks them.

3. Ever heard the term puke uphill not downhill? Those who do go out for those drinks or just complain around the water cooler are just digging their grave since now they leave themselves open to be spearheaded and roadblocked from moving up the ladder. Not sure if you reached this level of job experience or age yet but when you do please remember this as it will save your career. O and just using him as an example for that exact one since it's the most recent event that most know about and mentioned in past posts. This is also applicable to past experts that have lost their title.

PS Look up Christopher Cobo. What can I say I have a good life kiddo *pops collar*
