Non-PVP strategies for increasing prestige

Hi Guys,

I'd be interested to hear about non-PVP strategies for increasing prestige.

So far I've been gaining by building things and hunting. I'm coming to the end of being able to gain via buildings. Are there other ways of gaining prestige that people have found?

Cheers,

Jonathan

Building up your troops is the easiest and safest way to go. It's what I prefer anyways.

Also if your crop consumption gets too high sacrifice troops to forts. That way you won't lose prestige for losing the troops and can continue building them.

Sacrifice troops to fort?? O.o Why in the world would you do that? Just occupy a crop oasis or upgrade your crop fields.. Lol.

What are you talking about?

Its a very effective method for gaining prestige.

You'd sacrifice troops to forts because you don't lose prestige when you lose to forts. This way you don't have to worry about your crop consumption getting too large and painting a huge target on yourself. You can continue to build troops and get prestige.

Yes, the cycle of troops. Build a large amount of troops (gaining all the perstige from them) and then kill them at a fort and then just build again (loosing no perstige in the prosses!)

i hope they dont change that........

you can also get prestige by destroying other players' army. if you have a big enough army yourself, and they have a large army, you could get upwards of 10k+ prestige.
