As k2 said, there is another discussion about this and i agree with the language thing EXCEPT when experts speak a different language and let others as well. If youre going to stress the language thing so much, dont push the rule just because your an expert

it bothers me, when people use their national laws to justify breaking haypi rules. once you accept to follow haypi rules, you are required to follow your national laws, as well as haypi laws.
