it doesnt matter if he uses the same screen name, there are other ways of legally getting a new account, so half the people on this list may of just walked into a Apple store and made a new account there is really no way to tell. I am not siding with anyone i am just puting some facts out there

when people reister the city is created and if they never use it again then the acc stays at lvl 0

No matter what this is, it is clear that one account only for each device...so this is illegal. Whether they got it from Applestore or Hack, they are both wrong . Don't minimize this transgression and cheat. And by the way,..The list is long and I am recording all the locations and those owners or Alliances near these accounts.

Nope. If made from applestore, it's ok. It's "illegal" cough cough if made on one device but u cannot punish for making from apple store. After all, vayne shade etc asked for accs to be made for them from a apple store
