unable to get into chat at all

I have been playing for about 3 weeks on server 11 with only the crashes in chat but was still able to get into chat, someone sent me an emjoi add in private message and now i can not access chat at all. No world chat, alliance chat, or private message chat. When I click them it just shows the spinning circle for loading then the game crashes out. I have killed the app in multitask bar and I have rebooted my device. Nothing seems to be working. I had emoji for almost a year now and have used it in your game and many other games. I have a Ipod Touch 3rd gen 64gb with iOS 4.1. Please help me resolve this issue as I can only chat through letters now.

Same here. Today I went on it like I usually do, and I can do everything else but get onto any of the chats. I have to reinstall it everytime I want to chat and as soon as I exit out of it, I can go back into it untill Delete it and reinstall it. I already reported a problem about this today. It may have something to do with the emojis like you said because yesterday, I was....uh...posting a lot of them (no experts were around and it kept crashing. Now taday i can't get into it. I hope you fix this because I need to talk to my alliance!!!!!!! <3 Zero-Kira

Reinstall did not help? I found the same probem after trying a PM chat. My chat bar is stuck, and if I click on chat it does not work.

the new updates has a few bugs in it. it will hopefully be resolved by the next update

version 2.03 is still in review, and we will release version 2.04 immediatelly after 2.03 is ready for sale.

Version 2.03 has been "in review" for five days.
