No. I sggested spy as a troop which can be sent in enemies cities. then u can look into the city and check what hes doing. Theres always a percentage that the spy is caught/convinced

convinced = sent back to ur city and spieing there

not for a new unit, more of like a special ability thingy. I really don't see anyone training spies instead of cats..
