Stat item questions

Ive been recently considering a lvl 15 horse and several questions popped into mind. If I buy a lvl 15 horse (30 speed) and if I already have 100 speed, will I get 130 speed or does it cap at 100?

You get 130 speed. Max of any attribute (speed, attack, and defense) you can have is 145, except for fortune which you can only get to 110. To get to 145 in an attribute (speed, attack, or defense) you need to use points awarded during level ups to max the attribute at 100 then have a level 15 item for that specific attribute (horse for speed, sword for attack, armor for defense) and also a level 15 manual (which puts 15 points in each speed, attack, and defense). The max fortune is obtained by using points awarded during level ups to max fortune at 100 and then equipping a lvl 10 ring. Hope that helps.

Just a fyi. Item bonus's are invisible until battle (speed is invisible until units sent).

Also max speed you can have is 175. 145 maxed with full gear and +30 with lvl 10 marching.

Items cannot be scouted, you can see a persons attribute points when you scout but their items are hidden
