Prestige for Turret upgrades decreasing?

Just curious, anyone know about an issue with the amount of prestige received for upgrading a turret from lvl 9-10 decreasing as your actual level increases? For example: a level 15 player upgrades a turret from 9-10 and gets 197 prestige. When they reached level 16, the same turret upgrade only gives 180 prestige. Is that the way it's designed?

Tracy, your reply to this was "It remains the same". Does that mean: 1.) it's designed that way? 2.) my numbers are wrong? Or 3.) you get the same prestige for the turret upgrade regardless of your player level? I didn't really understand your answer so just looking for additional clarification. Thanks!

Um, I beg your pardon, Tracy, but it doesn't remain the same. I have a spreadsheet that records the exact amount of prestige I get for every attack or upgrade, and it is showing that a turret upgrade from 9-10 gives 197 prestige at level 15, but decreases to 180 prestige at level 16, so that isn't "remaining the same", I don't believe.

Can you check to see if that is a glitch in the game, or if the game is designed that way? Thanks!

She means it remains the same as you level not as the turret level increases.

Say you're level 5 and you build a level 1 turret and get 10 prestige.
At level 10 a level 1 turret would still give 10 prestige.

It is true that if the turret level increases you will gain more prestige. If you build a level 1 turret and get 10 prestige, a level 2 turret may give you 20 prestige.

There's usually a 1-2 prestige difference in the number but it always equals out to a certain average so essentially no matter how many of something you build at a time or overtime you'll still get the same amount of prestige. Why it's done this way I do not know but that's the case.
