Screen name colors

What is that all about? How do I change mine?

for the forum you mean? when u become a mod your nametag color changes to bright blue, when you become VIP wou have 4 differnt color choices Yellow,Blue,Green (dark green), and Pink

P.S. VIP is like a "junior" mod
