Alliance Chat - Leadership Identifiers

I've looked around some and couldn't find this suggested anywhere, but please tell me if it is:

I was thinking that Leaders and Vice-Leaders should have some sort of identifier in Alliance chat. At first I thought about just putting 'Leader' or 'Vice' next to their name, similar to 'VIP' and 'Expert', but then I thought that had potential to conflict with people who are also 'VIP' or 'Expert'. So I think that an icon next to their name would work just as well. I think that this identification of leadership in an alliance would serve two main purposes:

1) Allow alliance members to easily determine if a message is from a leader/vice and thus needs to be regarded as such.

2) Allow leaders and vices to more easily spot what other leaders/vices are doing which will make it easier to evaluate leadership and make changes, if needed.


EDIT: Maybe a better implementation would be to make the names of the leaders/vice-leaders a different color in alliance chat.

EDIT: Here are some examples of ideas:
1) username LEADER or username VICE
2) username *symbol* (kinda like the pvp symbol)
3) username (something like that)

I like the idea.

To make it work Haypi would just need to add a highlighting to the text box when a leader / vice speaks - similar to how it looks when you click to highlight, but with different colours.

I am a vice and a lot of people ignore my messeges so I like it

in ac maybe like a title next to name?

Great idea!! Maybe add the leader and vice icons in world chat too. I think icon only because you have the Username, VIP, Crown/rank, then the vice/leader. Expert instead of vip, also, would just make that rediculous. Should just be a colored icon. For ex. red for leader and yellow for vice.

i like it haha especially when i go recruit it wouldnt make it look like im just some random member in my alliance it would show im vice and maybe that would help people join

why add in wc? then maybe enemies know ur important persons and killing them; spamming them with attack reports

Yeah, I wouldn't want the fact that I'm a leader/vice to be displayed in wc. I don't want rival alliances to see that. That's just a neon sign by my name saying "Attack me. Wipe me out, (insert alliance here)."

lol, jkjk. People likely would target all vice and leaders in world chat this ways. IT woudld be fun!!!! LOL

Ac identifiers for vices/leaders would still be cool though. Even though ppl should already be aware of their vices and leader. Perhaps a different colored symbol for each vice position and then the leader could make each color a different job title for the vice position if so desired. ^^
