Nominations uses

Nomination for expert. People are feeling left out of the nominatikn because they don't think that there votes mean anything in the process of choosing a expert I don't know if u look at the nominations or not will someone tell me

there are a lot nominations so support hast to pick out the rubbish... Also they are doing more background research, like nominations from experts, lurking in chat etc.

nominating someone just makes support and other experts look more closly at the indavudials performance
or thats what i have gatherd

Nominations are just a suggestion. Support does not solely pick on suggestions. They pick who they think is ready
