From what you guys and gals have described it sounds like a troublE maker from S5 but i wont be the cause of that rumor but i there a player on s5 and s9 who would say and act almose exactly the same way any s5 players probobly already had sucipions or know who im refering to and s9 players as well...

support can get really busy at times, everyone has issues and time is spent trying to improve the game. . .i try to be patient, hopefully you will be answered soon

When I was new the support lasted for 1-3 days. It's not bad. Just go to like chat, maybe they can answer or come to the forums and stuff like that.

there was one guy on my server who got vip and spammed his alliance ad
and when his 5 hrs where up
he did it again

I miss the good 'ole days before i quit :/
