Question...

Why is it that people get muted for 5 hours when they say a word that is automatically censored by the game? This is absurd. The word is automatically censored, therefore nobody sees it, yet they still get muted. This is unacceptable. No one, not even the experts know whether the person actually put the stars in him or herself or said the word which was automatically censored. This policy needs to be changed.

Re: Question...

People receive 2-3 warning by expert prior to any mute taking place. Now within those warnings experts warn them to stop using words regardless if they get censored or not because people can still understand what they are saying. Whats unacceptable is how people need to cuss to have a civil conversation. This isn't a bar saloon

Re: Question...

The filter is there to catch words incase people dont know the rules about swearing. . .filter shouldnt be forced to catch words just because you are angry. . .and the fact that people may put stars to imply swearing or test the expects isnt any better. . .

Re: Question...

I understand that, however like I said, there is no way anyone is able to tell whether I censor it myself or the game automatically censors it. Its not a bar saloon, however I can't even say the word "spoon" because there is a word that the game considers foul within the word.

Re: Question...

And aside from that, experts don't give warnings, they just mute. If I say the word "spoon" I can and will get muted because the word gets censored by the server. And the fact remains that I didn't even say a foul word! I said spoon!

Re: Question...

1. Remora experts wont mute you for saying spoon lol. Some will even say spoon or muffin on WC since they aren't cursing.

2. Highly doubt that was the reason for the mute and that it came without warning unless you are a repeat offender saying those words to pester experts. If it was wrong please submit ss to support so they can evaluate the experts behavior

Re: Question...

I muted you, and I muted you for more than just you swearing. You were advertising an outside game even after being told by many members to stop. You then began to bashing many players and act uncivil. The swearing is really what made me decide to mute you after awhile. And on this has gone on for about 30 mins.

But hey this isn't the proper place to discuss such issues. If you have a problem with any player or staff member, either send an email to kingdomsupport@haypi.com or head on over to the expert and moderator private report forum.

I'll be locking this now btw to avoid further arguing in a public matter.
