Fine-grain slider control

I spend a lot of time trying to drag the slider for prices to just the right decimal point. I'd like to sell iron for say 0.41 per unit, and exactly 800 units. But the slider control often makes me end up on 0.39, 0.40, 0.42, etc, and it takes an equal amount of effort to end up on 800 units. I do a lot of micro-trading so I can sell things faster, and it is quite annoying to have to keep dragging my finger a pixel at a time and hoping it stays on the correct number when I let go.

I'd therefore like to suggest little plus and minus buttons in addition to the slider. So I could slide my finger to 0.40 units, then tap the plus button to get it exactly on 0.41. A 0.01 difference in unit price can mean the difference in hours before someone buys my resource. Thanks! :geek:

Re: Fine-grain slider control

You can get it at exactly what you want by taping on the number of units. Then hit delete until nothing is there. Then type in the amount you wish to sell. Topic answered?
