s4 experts

in s4 we have plenty of experts but some quit like moon4mysoul and kingdoom while others just have to many accounts and dont use there s4 account like wilson4 and kuranuada4 since 4 experts dont go on regulary shouldnt we get new ones

I suggest you go speak about this with server 4 people and nominate people in server 4 nominations and server 4 expert discussion.
