I understand your frustration, but you must look at this through our eyes too. Our jobs are not easy at all. People put so much pressure on us to moderate chat, help players, and play the game ourselves. First of all, how do you know said expert was not out of mutes? We have a limit and it's very easy to run out sometimes. Also, the expert could have been hopping between the three chats trying to keep up. You don't understand how busy an expert's private chat can get at times. He may not have responded to the issue as quick as you think he should have, but you need to cut him some slack and try to imagine what he has to put up with.
