Clickable coordinates

This is a simple suggestion that I think would dramatically increase usability.

Make all coordinates click able. That is, anywhere there is a coordinate, you should be able to click on it and be taken to that location on the map. It is a pain whenever you look at something to have to memorize the coordinate then go type it in...every time.

No more having to memorize the coordinates on your scout report and then go type it in.

Re: Clickable coordinates

that would be cool tho if in ac or private, the chat would recognize coordinates. . .so if someone types in cords you just click the link and it takes you there. . .

and favorites only come in handy if you keep attacking the same person over and over. . .but what if you scout and want a quick link back. . .you cant add everything you scout to favorites. . .

Re: Clickable coordinates

I almost never go to the same place repeatedly.

Most of the time I go around the map scouting until I find what I want. The problem is that to go back from the scout report I have to memorize the number, go to that location, then take action.

That number should be a link, that way all you do is click the link.

Do people really attack the same place repeatedly without ever scouting it? And, as others have pointed out, it would be nice if conversations could have clickable coordinates as well.

This seems like a pretty clear UX fix to me, and I don't think my use case scenario is uncommon.

Re: Clickable coordinates

I'm just going to point 1 thing out...
it would be massive works to make all coordinates links if you include chat.
Exclude that, and it may be feasable..

Re: Clickable coordinates

That might be something they put in version 3. You should take it up with Thomas.
