Vayne then TEST it map says different then atk maybe TECHS arent calculated ?

hmmm wel until I increase my tech and attributes drastically im just got roughly gues x3 lol. . .i dont need such precision anyway before attack

it took 37 i got lvl 9 tech --> 27% --> 1.27

46/1,27= around 36!!!!
