We could take the elite of the servers to battle like top 100-200. Also keep in mind currently S1 and S3 lead in army size. Also S3 most successful in past PvPs. They are currently the leaders in Prestige and active war mongering players

Well you wouldn't start with huge armies you'd start like you do in pvp lv 0 and a set amount of coins.

Well obviously you wouldn't be starting with the armies, resources and upgrades that you had in your respective servers. Each player would have to start from a base level (if could be 0, or you could make people start at say lvl 10 to make things go faster and be more entertaining).

Yes, as I mentioned several posts ago (and as redgun would have stated), that is the only way it would work.
