sub capping is a large aspect of the game.
leave subs captureable. it gives a more tactical gameplay

but then how about the coin aspect of it? can't we make it a 1 time payment for it? we can increase the cost for mc instead, subsequent upgrading for sub, do not required the coins for upgrading above lvl15, just the resource and time needed to upgrade. i think it will make a fair deal for both paying and non-paying players.

You can use coins to raise loyalty, refuse war and warp your city... There are plenty of ways to avoid getting captured... if you got the coin...

this all helps u but city still can be capture (after 5 days, when ure offline etc)

Another problem with refuse is that u have to refuse ur whole account...

if u make refuse only for each city, this can be abused too, and it will cost too much money...



I suggest: A permanent loyality enchance (like 7 days --- 70 coins - 7k money - 70k of each resource).This is no refuse war, u can still attack and be attacked...

how do u raise loyalty??? i never saw that option. where? as for refuse war, i wonder if someone started attacking u, i put on refuse war, what happened? u can't warp when u are being attack. if i want to take someone subs, i will first lock him, then make concerted effort with friends. u can't really go solo for capturing subs. and this is the concern that i am more worried about. single attack can be dealt with, but what about concentrated attack? with warp, it is so easy to capture subs, easpecially if i have 2 device.(not sure it got fixed already)

u can get the option in mainbuilding when u got 90 - loyality

i agree uranos, i refuse war when i was a noob, saw the problem with refuse war. can't take oasis or forts. i suggest refuse war only for player against players. it will make it more attractive as ppl will want refuse war to rebuild after a loss. being denied of oasis and fort milking, it seems unreasonable

You can attack forts and oasis just find under refuse war...

rly u can? then they changed that i had refuse a few weeks ago and.... i couldnt attack oasis /forts etc..... well it was only 12 h;)

Yup, you can even knock people out of oasises and forts under refuse
