Extended Scouting
I propose an extended scout report.
Ok right now, its like there's some sattelite taking a snapshot. I think it would be way cooler and helpful if you could send in a little james bond dude to plunk himself down in a tree and observe coming and going troops for an hour, a day, however long you want him there. It would operate similar to a hunt and be controlled in the actions tab.
The scout would make note any time there was a change in troop lvls in the city.
The Scout Report could look something like this

I wasn't sure how resources should be handled, but thought one report at the time of leaving might be sufficient.
I think this would be something that should be available to everyone from the beginning, scout skill would still only affect how accurate troop numbers are and if you get a resource/prestige/etc report.
One problem I do see with this is the MASSIVE reports generated if you scouted an active player for a day or so. Maybe it would automatically send the scout home if the report got to a certain length (the guy runs out of papyrus or something idk). I'd appreciate any input especially with the problem of length.
