Warnings before Muting

personally, I feel that there should be no need for warning to mute players who are excessively swearing, spamming, or breaking the rules in a significant way. People do forget occasionally but with the amount of folk trolling the chat and hardly playing the actual game, I don't understand any logic behind why they should be warned, and experts reprimanded for stopping a problem before it gets worse.

For the occasional curse, minus the F bomb, a warning sure, or if someone gets borderline inappropriate, but all in all, warnings and mute should be at the experts discretion, after all thats how it is for the police force. They are employed by the taxpayers to keep the city/town safe and uphold the laws that the taxpayers wish to be upheld, in this case the players (majority) wanting all the immature kids shooting their mouths in world chat to cease, especially coming from the trolls of each server.

Every player, upon making their account, agrees to following the rules of the game, that should be warning enough but still a little leeway after for the ones who dont cause problems every single day, but for those who intentionally are racist, offensive and irritating, lay down the mute hammer without further warning.

Re: Warnings before Muting

Well some things r muted without warning depending on how bad it is I like how it is now but experts need to be a little more strict

Re: Warnings before Muting

I agree with both, no warning should be required for extreme cases, and the experts on my server are not as strict as they should be sometimes. I am told they can only mute so many times per day. There will always be those few that stretch the rules as far as they can though

Why? You can't just make a statement and not give a reasoning to it, and expect it to be taken seriously. Its like a lawyer saying his client is innocent, but not proving why.

Re: Warnings before Muting

Because if there isn't a warning, players complain and start more pointless fueds, and more annoyance and hate. Warnings are given fir a reason, and if they are doing it excessively they eventually will be muted

Re: Warnings before Muting

personally its life, and comes with a set of rules, you follow or face consequences.. You see many of you complain on how experts dont do the job fast enough, and that you think they dont do a good job by giving a lot of warnings with not action..

Well you got what you wished for, a player was constantly avoiding on wc, Expert got on noticed some of it and muted the player. If you can get on forums to report something, you can get on forums and read rules...

i say get over it youll be unmuted soon

Innocent until proven guilty. It just is not fair to mute someone for something they might not even know is bad
