Expert auto-messages

I like the idea, it may be a bit impersonal but it does save time and it also eliminates questions in chat about why someone was muted for inappropriate language when the real offense was spam or something because they read the admin message. It has my support all the way

i also agree for just expert admin.. I dont know about most servers but server 3 already has enough problems with spam.. Dont give to vips
