S610 - support non-existent

Again, once again i have emailed support and received no response, so posting here to hopefully achieve a response and a further investigation. This has been happening for a while in server 610, and its obvious that alliance PureEvil (currently ranked 6th with 2.89million prestige) are cheating, and have been from the start, with their unlimited cash and coin loading.

Here is 15 screenshots to help illustrate this! Please scroll through the comments/replies as i can only post 3 files at a time.

By adding up these screenshots, in JUST two months, they have had over 52000 coins donated and used, with over 1 TRILLION cash. This is ridiculous.

Email support for 610 has been ridiculous. When you bring up the cheating with screenshots of proof they tell you you're lying or dont reply at all. If haypi now supports cheating or doesnt mind people hacking their database servers please let us legit players know so we can atleast level the playing field and not be wasting our money when others just type in the coins they want rather than purchasing.

Now heffey610 has been hacked. His password changed. Our alliance disbanded. All our efforts gone. In what i can only assume is retaliation for cheaters being dealt with. Anyway you can help with that support9?

Please have the owner of heffey610 contact kingdomsupport@haypi.com with his/her registry email address as soon as possible.

We've checked the logs and haven't found traces of the possible wrongdoers yet. If you've got any evidence please feel free to let us know. If we can confirm the UA violation behaviors we'll take correspondent actions.

How can we prove the UA violation behaviour of being hacked?
We have contacted support for months and haven't received a response until we've come here (maybe someone is intercepting contact to support 610). I have shown you screenshots of coins and cash being loaded. Screenshots showing we how our alliance crops instantly disappeared to zero (maybe someone behind the scenes or someone who has access to the data base just altered crop). And now we are telling you someone has hacked our leader and disbanded the alliance because action has come against them. Although we have no way to prove it (unless you know of a way) I can tell you many many many other players in the server have had their accounts accessed and troops unhunted and killed. Support seems non-existent in combating this issue that has caused a lot of problems for genuine players and have ruined this game. Please provide a way to help prove this hacking behaviour
