Can't buy coins

When I click on buy coins, it shows nothing on the screen, like this:


My internet connection is super stable (200mb up and down), I restarted and reinstalled few times and nothing, I have a good phone (LG G2), what should I do?

Could you please tell us the following:
1. username and server no.
2. app name (we have some collaborator's versions in store as well so we need to figure out which application for troubleshooting)
3. app version no.
4. android OS version no.

The more details you provide, the quicker we are able to get back to you with corresponding suggestions.

BTW, for temporary solution, you can send payment to Paypal instead.
