Kicked out of my neor catch

I was in the middle of catching neor and almost a hundred cards in. Reset happened today and I was thrown out of the fight. I would like another chance at neor or all my cards and dice back. I spent about 50 dice finding neor, and the dice aren't easy to come by now.

Im not sure if the Reset caused it, but matches will automatically end after a certain amount of turns. The number of turns is randomly generated I believe, and Im sure it has a minimum. I have been kicked out sealing neo before around 35 turns, then another time after 96 turns. It happens, and I cant remember the link to where Haypi stated that. But it is in game like that.

I like you are now, and many other players were upset about it, then Haypi said thats the RNG working type thing. So now when I do play and go to seal an Epic, after a lot of turns I start thinking about if Ill be kicked or not lol.

I know its irritating, my kick outs were back before Explore was even in game. So dice were about 10 times harder to get back then. Ill bet support will reply with the same explanation. I hope they do, or Ill look like an even dumber ass.

Thanks for the replies. I wasn't aware that this was a known problem. As for the reset it happened at the exact same second reset did...who knows? It is discouraging as this has never happened in all of my attempts catchng monsters. On a side note is nice to know people still read the forums. I am sure support won't be reading this until Monday. I am interested the reply though.

The Haypi staff is currently out of office until the 25th due to Chinese New Year. You might have to wait a couple more days for an answer .

Does support even read this anymore? It would be nice to get a reply?

Sorry for the late reply. We were out of office then and your post got flushed away by new threads so we didn't notice it soon after we returned to work.

You'll get kicked out of the battlefield, if any of the following happens:
1. If the target monster is killed.
2. If you reached the turn cap for each battle
3. If you've run out of all skill pps

According to your description, I assume you must have reached the turn cap. It just coincided with the reset. No worries, resets normally won't kick you out. We're sorry for the inconvenience however, it is designed that turn caps are set to battles. I'm sorry that we cannot compensate your consumed cards and dice.

The turn cap varies from each battle. Sometimes you can go 90 turns and the next time in same cave the turn cap is 50. (numbers are for example) It sucks, I have had it happen to me before. Just had to try again
