cant log in the game anymore

All of the sudden i cant log into the game anymore. i was able to log in just fine yesterday, but whenever i press start it closes my app after the connecting... screen for a few seconds.

The problem stopped shortly after posting this topic, but as of yesterday i cant log in again...
Been over 24 hrs now and missed the new year activity .

I'm sorry to inform you that the office is closed until February 25th. It might take a while before you get a reply from another staff member.

In the meanwhile, you can try to remove the game from your device, log out of Game Center, reboot your device and redownload the app. This is a possible fix for the situation.

You could try to "log in" re entering your username and password. That's if you have been just hitting start on first screen. Anytime a Haypi app doesn't load for me or crashes like in your case I try that first. Sometimes it works. You can also try just rebooting your device after closing all apps that may be running in background. It might be slowing your memory down to much and a reboot might help.

Then if that doesnt help do what Koenaj said. Dont worry, you can delete the app and re-install without losing any progress or items in game.

When will this be fixed? I rather not lose my progress cuz of some stupid crash error...

Thanks for reaching out to us. We've checked on the recent logs on monster servers, there's no server error found and all servers are running smoothly. Could you please check and make sure that you've logged in with the correct client version? Please note that we have Haypi Monster and Haypi Monster for Venide. They are 2 separate and independent applications in the Apple AppStore. If you try to login a Haypi Monster account on a Haypi Monster for Venide client, you won't be able to access your account.

We also suggest you to play the game under stable network connection. It's also recommended that you update your client version to the latest one for better gameplay experience.

I just checked the app and it says v1.7. Theres no update in the app store available so it should be the correct version. Im sure I play haypi monsters and not venide. Im also playing on a wifi that can load any internet related app just fine. im playing on iOS 5.1.1 and cant update any further.

I also can not log into the game, it will open then immediately say connection lost please login again. And when i log in again it keeps saying that message.
