Login Issue; it exists, you know

Hey there, remember the people who play your game? The obvious answer would be yes, but as the login issue persists for multiple weeks and soon a month, it seems you have lost touch with all reality when it comes to repairing this broken game instead of just adding more things into the game instead of fixing the very prominent problem that already exists. This login problem is an issue Haypi, I can't get on any account other than my main and it usually requires at least a couple tries, and sometimes I even have to turn my phone off to get on the game. You would think that after all these people complain you would do something, or at least address that the problem exists in the first place. However, proving your absolute incompetence, you have done nothing to resolve anything as usual, and as a result most of the people who play this game are pissed off. I guess nothing has changed though because Haypi has always had a way of pissing people off. Or rather, maybe we're not pissed off, we're pissed on, by your "team" and your continued arrogance and inability to resolve simple issues. I'm sure this post will you go right by your heads like everything else.. so fix the game you already have instead of trying to milk every last dime off players.

Dear players,

Our technical support has made some adjustments to the game.But in this version, some players might be unable to enter the game as easy as in the previous version. As in version 1.7, some changes have been made in the loading progress, so at 80%, it loads more data than before.
Further improvements can be only made in next version update.

Here is our suggestion to those players who are unable to enter the game in current version,

1.delete the app and redownload it from the App Store. Hope this will work for them.

2.if you are stuck in 80%, please try load as long as you can. try this several times.
When the data are fully-loaded once, you will be able to enter the game.

We are very sorry for any inconvenience caused by this. Please enjoy the game!

LOL the reply from support is ridiculous...Same as in the email...They just cant be bother with the bug..."Wait as long as you can" whoa a vip6 must wait until it doenst freaking load...good job haypi and fvck u

I got stuck at 80% load screen 2 times in the last 3 days, what i did was force close app, restart it and entered username and password instead of just hitting start. seemed to work both times. Maybe try that if you havent already??

This issue has existed for quite some time now, I am astonished on how much effort has been put in to help solve the issue. An email saying delete app and continuously try to log in. What happens if you cant connect at all? Theres no solution to that. Haypi, you're running a god dam business and a lot of your customers cant play the game, some which being VIP. Get your heads out the gutter and fix the issue. Develop a new update that is user friendly for all people. You guys have so much potential to be the best mobile device RPG out there, but the customer service just sucks. The community keeps shrinking and shrinking, online chat is dead 70% of the day, World Boss is extremely slow, 10% of my server participates in Fortune Race, and ladder tournament is filled with more bots than users. It is extremely frustrating, especially when I am a VIP 7 status. Something needs to be done soon or else this game will continue to plummet.

Lol this Haypi reply is hilarious. do you think if I called Nintendo with a problem about an N64 game, they would tell me to blow on it several times as well as turn the system off and on multiple times? Yeah....probably
