App course after the update

Hi,

Today I update to the new ver 1.7 and when I try to connect the app course,
I can enter the app but I can't play.
I have ipad first generation with ios 5.1.1(The newest for this device)

As Apple OS and application keep updating, iOS 5 is a bit layback due to its limited memory and performance. Hope the following solutions and trick can help a little. Sorry for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your support and understanding.

Dear players,

Our technical support has made some adjustments to the game.But in this version, some players might be unable to enter the game as easy as in the previous version. As in version 1.7, some changes have been made in the loading progress, so at some point, it loads more data than before.

Here is our suggestion to those players who are unable to enter the game in current version,

1.delete the app and re-download it from the App Store. Hope this will work for them.

2.if you are stuck in the loading process, please try to load as long as you can. try this several times.
When the data are fully-loaded once, you will be able to enter the game.

We are very sorry for any inconvenience caused by this. Please enjoy the game!

I've discovered a trick to log in and it works for me. Turn off wifi on phone or iPad. Log into the game and minimize the game without closing it and turn back on your wifi. Do this through the setting on your phone. I am able to play as normal now.

No I'm still can't login don't matter how many times I try to log in or if the wifi is off or on

I have now sat here with my ipad next to me pressing the start button and being kicked off again and again for 2 hours!!

Yes i am NOT exaggerating I am watching Titanic (the movie) and pressing the START button. Because I want to test if after several attempts it would work as SUPPORT recommended.

But if 2 hours of trying to log in is NOT enough to show that there is a BIG problem with this update then I am very disappointed with the company.

This update is NOT compatible with iPad's using 5.1.1 ios.

Please offer us a fix or make an announcement publicly letting everyone know that you will not address this big issue that affects some of your player base and potential customers who still play game on one of these devices.

Dont expect a fast reply or fix.

U should test the game "outernauts", "monsterx evo" or today out Monster Battles ( a kindly boring card game but still ok, better than nothing)

Ok after a long time i finally succeed to log in, But I lose my rank in the PVP Monthly, I had 1999 and if i don't have a bug I was reaches to 2000 but now I have 1960 so it going to take me at least another month.
