Stuck at 80% of log in procedure

Stuck at 80% of log in procedure

After 1.7 update, I sometimes stuck in log in. Then re log in , it's ok. But since this evening. It's totally failed to log in. After 80%, a pop up saying check internet connectivity. Is it my problem or server's? Ser 20101 something

I CAnt login at all!!! Its stuck at 80% loading...SUPPORTTT!!!!!!!!!

Guys - I have been unable to login while I was connected to wifi but upon disconnecting from the wifi I have been able to log in. I thought the problem was my wifi but I have confirmed this "theory" of mine on 3 devices. Hope it helps, happy playing

I would just like to say first that in the past I have been hugely impressed with the responses received from the Support Team, and overall I still feel like they do care somewhat about their players and have an interest other than one driven by money to assist in players concerns. However, what happened to support being reasonable and offering compensation when things go wrong? Even though it may not directly be there fault, or something they can control, they should still offer compensation like the old days - where as now when all the players are unable to connect for a day (or a long period of time) due to glitches and errors on the server and game (or whatever the issues were today) there is no light at the end of the tunnel.

I missed out on all my daily rewards including the Christmas ones today, as I didn't get the opportunity to log on till after I finished work, and at every point I tried to connect (on two devices; an ipod 4th gen 6.1 ios and ipad 8.1 ios) I got to 80% connectivity and then was told I couldn't connect.

Please consider how many individuals lost out today due to these connectivity issues, and please consider a reasonable compensation that would consider everybody's losses as a whole. It would definitely show that we do still have the same support team looking over us as we once did.

Haypi has been pretty generous with rewards when there are widespread login issues with their games in the past. I'm sure we will get our holiday bonuses as well as a little something extra.

Because of this glitch i am unable to receive my daily login and not able to paticipate in the christmas event.Its still stuck at 80% and giving connection error.Haypi should do something and compensate all the affected players.What's more dissapointing is that none of the moderators have yet to reply to our thread :(

It seems rare to get a reply on the weekend. I am also disappointed about log in rewards didn't get mine.
