Can't connect to game after Update V1.7.0

Can't connect to game after Update V1.7.0

Ever since yesterday update (v.1.7.0), i haven't been able to login... I'm not sure anyone has same issue:

-Login progress was loading then disconnect
-Tried re-install the game >>>don't work
-Even tried restart device (after installing game) >>>don't work.
-I was in the middle of exploration when update kicked me off.
-My device is ios v.5.1.1 >>>i think it has nothing to do with it since i was able to play in previous versions

Please look into the issue!!!!

I am also unable to log in after updating to the new version of the game, the progress bar would reach 54% then the app would shut off. I'm also on iOS 5.1.1

Staff, please assist with this. Thanks!

Dear player,
There are too many things to load at the loading page after this version update,which makes it more difficult to login for devices running ios 5.1.1.Please try more time and wait at the login page to see if you can enter the game.
We are very sorry for this and we will try to make some improvement in the loading part.

Thank you for the reply, I might give it a try (though i don't think that is the case).

FYI: Apparently i was able to login sometimes today (briefly), but when i was doing TM, i got disconnected in the middle. Until now i still can't login...

Between, is there any news regarding fixing Explore?
-I believed a lot of players have brought up the issues, and it's been over months and we haven't heard anything...

Are you guys really trying to improve loading page ? It's been two days and can't wait for it. Please try to improve or make another of this game with previous version since it works fine with all device . Since I play daily I can't imagine to loose this game. Please help :'(

I was also able to log in briefly for about 30 mins, but that was about 12 hours ago. Now still can't log in ;(

Ok, i tried to wait on login screen, and still cannot login. I'm beginning to think this is NOT related to login issue but possible limited access to the game. Based on what i observe for these 2 days:

1) If this was the problem with loading screen, then we shouldn't even be able to login to the game at all.

2) Based on what i observe today, i noticed i was able to play the game between 8pm to 12am GMT time (for 4 hrs): TM, fortunate race, collect daily reward, etc...
-During the time frame, i did not have trouble login?! :shock:

3) Then on 12am GMT, game disconnected me. When i tried to re-login, the game just bring me back to home screen (it won't connect).

I will continue to observe tomorrow, but I thought sharing this information with Supports and other players who have same problem. Hopefully Supports will have it fix soon.

Ok, looks official now. For past several days, i was able to get on btw 8pm to 12am GMT... And on the 12am GMT, it disconnects. Even if i 'tried' to stay on, i will be disconnected and game won't let me re-connect.

Supports, any idea when will this be fixed???

Boooboo same here man it worked fine as you said , for me here at night , I opened the game and it worked fine .i even saw the new thing they have added in activity . Please haypi it's been days I haven't played this game . Fix this error ASAP , or before the Christmas as a present , give it a update again removing the bug so works fine all the time

Hi johnsnow and booboodog,

Can you tell us what ios version your device is running? Is that below os 6.0 or above?( this question is for johnsnow)
The Lost Tower Version 1.7 seems has higher requirement for players' devices. So if you are running os 5.0 or 5.1.1, it will be harder to enter the game than devices running os 6.o or above, as there are more data to load at the login page in V1.7. Our technical support has made some adjustment since the version came out, but we are sorry that we cannot make sure os 5.0 or 5.1.1 encounter no login issue any longer.

Here is our advice:
1. make sure apps in your device are as least as possible.
2. make sure only one app is running at one time.
3. make sure your network connection is working as best as possible.

Hope these can do some help.
