Snowflakes on Trunky

I've got a Trunky sitting around in my "if I can't find something to do with him I'm going to Special Synth it pile" but was thinking, he is slow as heck and with Armor III quit a tank. Would Snowflakes be able to compete with Aurora Borealis or Chill damage wise?

As long as trunky goes last snowflakes will do lots of damage.

Re: Snowflakes on Trunky

If you dont have Artica yet, Chunky is needed for one of the components. I would keep it myself just in case you do get a scroll. I had a Chunky from eggs, but no Trunky, I have never seen a trunky scroll on wheel either, just my luck. thats why I say keep it. Also the speed on Artica is kind of slow, I thought about Snowflakes on it, But in your case, I think Snowflakes would be OK.

Yeah I meant Chunky, and I don't need Snowflakes to be 'ok' I need it to be better than Aurora before Id consider buying the book.

very insightful of you to thought of this combo. The problem with snow flakes is that is that it can't be upgraded. It would be useless later on in the game when you are facing gold monsters.

Re: Snowflakes on Trunky

The biggest problem with snowflakes is, If you dodge the attack, the damage output of Snowflakes SUX! however if you get hit, It's almost like waterspout, it does good damage. IMO I wouldnt buy it from shop. If I happened across it off wheel then I would maybe use it.

I'm sure there is a good build for it and Chunkster, but I dont know it.
