Transfer upgrade monster to other account

I heard it from a few different players. and the swore they only paid $99 and got 10 potions 3 superioritey, 3 snoepards.

2 of the players I think I can trust, they even posted them in wc yesterday. I would be asking around if I were you. I would like to know why myself. How will Haypi fix this? They cant take away from them but is it anyway fair that I can not even get snoepard in SS, by honor points, or eggs? or work for another one some how?? Then players get 3 from an event that promised 1 for the $99 pack? Even the players that bought the $300 treat, they should only get 1 as well, but I am pretty sure someone posted in wc and said they got 1 purr and 3 snoepards, 3 superiors and 10 potions.

Most people shouldn't have much of problem defeating a silver snoe, but at least 3 purrs weren't given out. That could of been bad lol.
