No, you cannot send a upgraded monster to a Pal on your list. Also, Draco, Sneopard, and Roco (Not sure about Planto) which you obtain by simply progressing through the game, cannot be gifted to a Pal.

You can send Sneopard to a pal, it's how people make silver ones haha.

Even so, I still think its better and easier to make a gold Trunky. I made the mistake of making a bronze snowpard after obataining the 2nd snowpard. Now I'm left with no ways to get more snowpard =(

I missed this last event for purchase treats, and sure enough, those who bought the $99 worth of coins got snoepard, BUT not just 1! They got 3!!!!
