Error 11018

When i start playing haypi monster last night, i was able to play it on level 1-11 but while i was receiving the spin reward, the internet connection lost and i was stuck there. So i close the the game from multitasking. And wait for the internet reconnect but when i start the game again, it return to the beginning of the game, choosing the gender. When i tap ok and i received error 11018. I already uninstalled and reinstalled many times and restart my device multiple times but the error still consist. Is there anyway to overcome this problem? Please help

Another thing is when i try to login, it says username does not exist, so how can i make a username for the haypi monster?

Have you tried deleting app and re downloading it? then at start do not enter account info and just hit start.
