Bugged synth?

For some reason which is new to me I do believe I have a bugged epic chunky, I'll have to post the pictures as soon as I get a chance but first let me explain. As we all know when you have the relevant monsters to synth even if they are under level they show up as obtained but translucent, I'm stunned to figure out why a level 37 chunky won't show up on my artica scroll synth instead it's a solid opaque grey. I have contacted support direct but the advice was pretty basic and unhelpful, further more I've refreshed the game several times and still the same result anyone know any suggestions?

If it is in your team lineup it won't show up.

Well that would be stating the obvious rofl! No I can assure you I've been playing haypi for a few years I'm fully aware of the synth system

Hahaha lol, yeah, figured I'd take a shot in the dark. Good luck, I have no idea where support has been for the past 2 weeks. They aren't even answering my messages anymore.

I'm not sure either but this is such a rare occurance never known this to happen in all my time on haypi and tlt. I think support ran away with the future updates so who knows when they will return I did accidentally post the topic twice but the other post does have screenies so you can see for yourself what the deal is funny thing is my gold chunky registers but this level 37 does not even get reconised

it needs to be level 50 to be used in legen synth, that would explain why your gold shows up and not your level 37 lol

Hahaha yeh good one bro so in legend synth why does ignitemare show up when it's under level 50 for sphirex rofl! Translucent but still shows up cygness is opaque cause it's 50, yet chunky is opaque grey why isn't translucent like ignitemare huh smarty?

Like i said before kid just get your chunky to 50, its obvious, go into the post about Legendary Scroll recipes, it even says there that all monsters must be level 50 before they can be used for legendary synth.
