About psychic barrier. ATK or MATK?

Talent "Psychic barrier" increases ATK or MATK ?! there were disputes on this topic, someone said that there was a bug, and this talent actually increases ATK.

Should be MATK only.
Even if it would raise ATK, it'd be kinda useless, as both Felicitys and Pegasus' ATK is horrible .
