Please don't behave so smugly. Your comments aren't very constructive and it seems their only intent is to gloat (though I don't see what you have to gloat about).
The fact that I actually want an explanation instead of "I said this so it must be true!" means that I want logic and I want facts. It would be laughable if I just assumed you were always right. In addition to that, I do not feel you are a reliable source. I explained the situation to you about 100 seals and you responded with two things. First you responded with "oh you can't seal your first epic with your first seal anymore" which isn't even relevant and shows you didn't even bother reading what the situation was and it really just shows that you are spouting random stuff to sound important. Second you responded with "it's a lie, support is always lying" which I asked why and you didn't provide any evidence. I don't see how you can expect me to believe something "because you said so". Stavey on the other hand actually gave me examples.

So I am still waiting for support to provide an answer.

LOL I actually said to you first that what you were talking about was for HM1 and that support regularly gives information to TLT members regarding TLT but its actually HM1 related, then I said to you about the old mechanism of 100% seal rate on the first one you encounter, which if you go through the forums to one of Bullheads post, you will see it.
And not once did i say "its a lie, support is always lying" I said that support gives information on TLT that relates to HM1 NOT The Lost Tower, the legendary gc crack is a perfect example of them providing us information that is for HM1 and not TLT.

Re: Support: Question about Sealing

First, you did state that haypi monster support was lying. Please do try to remember what it was you said. My memory doesn't change based on what is convenient for you at the moment and I distinctly remember you saying it. I asked you for evidence and proof given that I never take people on their word. You never gave any proof, you just said "I told you!" and left.

Second, you again comment on the first epic capture. Why do you keep bringing that up...? I never once brought that up and it doesn't relate to anything we talked about. I don't really care if Bull posted it because it still doesn't make it relevant.

If I misunderstood anything, I apologize. But I do not feel like I misunderstood anything you said. If you have anything constructive like screenshots or links to old posts that provide evidence, I would greatly appreciate it. Otherwise, I am not quite sure what you're trying to contribute to this discussion other than your gloating. All I am trying to do here is get some answers.

Re: Support: Question about Sealing

What's funny about both of you arguing with each other, is that absolutely no one cares. No one cares...

No one really wants to take more than 5 seconds of their time to read either of your long and drawn out posts so you can whine over absolutely nothing of any consequence to any players but yourselves due to an inflated ego. I am simply writing this because I have finished a night shift at work and I feel like you are both beneath me right about now.

Let me reiterate.... No one cares

This is a forum for game discussion, not for pansies throwing insults like 40 year old housewives going through menopause.

Thank you and good morning,

I'm not sure how you justify posting a response if it is "beneath" you.

If this forum is for game discussion and I'm trying to get a question answered, is this not where I am supposed to go...?

Re: Support: Question about Sealing

A) I said you were beneath me, not the forums, of which I am trying to maintain the integrity of

B) Your question was answered, move on, this isn't an argument

C) Everyone already made merk1r look like an idiot, Stavey helped you, ignore him or move on

D) If either of you continue this argument from this post onwards, I will officially give both of you warnings as this is not quality forum activity

Summary: Grow up and play nice

Re: Support: Question about Sealing

Despite what Stavey said, I was looking for Support to answer me and explain in detail what happened. I did not feel the information provided was enough. Saying that Support gives out incorrect information frequently does not mean that this particular information was incorrect as well. What I am posting now is not a continuation of any argument.

But that's fine. I will get off your forum. Support provided me with the information I need via email.

To Stavey: Support has once again confirmed that this is a legitamite mechanism in TLT: Venide. Someone in support is looking at whether I met the time restrictions to get the Neo I was trying to catch. Hopefully things go well. Thank you for doing your best to help me. I appreciate it. :)

Re: Support: Question about Sealing

Fair enough, but yes, the official answer is that supposedly after 100 seal cards in one day, you should be guaranteed a catch.

Bump
I asked support and they told me it's on the 150th seal card not 100th.

Re: Support: Question about Sealing

Mhmm, support informed me of this change when they gave me back my Neo (which promptly became synthesis material). I wasn't sure if I was "allowed" to post since I was essentially told that countinuing any sort of argument would result in receiving a warning despite the fact that I'm trying to gain help and clarification about this game. I do hope I don't get banned for this post. XD

Support informed me that the seal requirement increased to 150 seals. The time frame during which you make the capture attempts must be in a reasonable time frame (for me, I attempted capture during a 30 minute interval). This only works for epic monsters. And last but not least, it is very helpful for support if you provide a time frame during which the sealing attempt was made if you wish to contest the capture guarantee.

Thank you Stavey for confirming the 150 seal requirement. I wasn't sure if the requirement was updated yet but if they told others then I assume it already has been.
