In other words, its an extra 50% chance of 5 seal cards combined together.

I'm sorry but are you really suggesting a 50% seal rate for fusing 5 cards which are only 1-2% chance as it is? The epics are really not that hard to get, if they were any easier then EVERYONE would have a team of gold pattas and neons

Sigh. It's not about capturing the epics , its about saving the seal cards.
I think you got me wrong. Each seal card has a 2% chance of capturing an epic, but if you combine 5 of them you will get 1 "super seal card" that will have 15% of capturing an epic.
Again, you are mistaken. The problem is not in having the epics , there are many other easy ways to have epics actually. (scrolls,eggs,special synthesis,etc..) It just costs too much money for upgrading thats why you don't see a team of gold pattas and neons.

I see both sides here, It is really annoying to used 100 cards with no result. If anything maybe it should be 100+ cards fuse to a 50% card? The reason I say that is I know at 1 point I had 425 cards. at a low conversion rate i could have epics out the wazoo!
The point here is some way to make it easier to seal but make it hard enough to get that seal. Some compromise.

For instance, when Angelo and Devil showed up on my alt acct, I sealed them both around 19%, Granted they are really rare to even see, the fact is they are "Legendary" so I dont know.
