Coins never received.

Haypi support,

I was playing chaotic swamp 15 exp and purchased a pile of coins 3 times on a prize wheel but never received my coins. I was trying to respin to get a trample advanced book and each time I tapped respin I was told I didn't have enough coins and if I would like to purchase more. I then purchased a pile of coins but was told each time I went to respin I didn't have enough. I force closed the app and reopened and the game would not load past 20%. Now that the game is loading I have no coins and I lost my chance at winning the advanced attack trample. I have the receipts for my coins and would like a refund for my coins. I would not have purchased the 3 piles of coins if I had not seen the attack trample. Please let me know how this will be handled. Thank you for your time.

We had a server issue earlier this morning and it got fixed around 2:00 AM GMT today. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Could you please confirm the following:
1. did you got kicked out of the game by the system during the problem period
2. or did you manually exit the game via multi-tasking

In the meantime, please confirm and check whether you've acquired the purchased coins?

We'd also appreciate if you can provide us with an estimated purchase time period so that we can take a further check and see what we can do for you.
