Instant climb up?

Dear happy support team,
I don't know what happen, when I log in my account, it climb up,
In floor 4, I have no intension to climb, but before I log in my account
I have a technical problem in my connectivity, it always said that "
Oops! Failed to log in, contact support for sugestion" . Is there other
Way to bring me back in floor 3, I'm enjoying in floor 3 and also I'm not
Ready to climb up, please any response in your team , God bless us all
