Climb bug

To access at the floor 4 of the lost tower I need to be in the top 10% and have X prestige.

This week I have more than the X prestige and I was in the top 100 so in the top 10% but when I want to climb this is write in red I have to be in the 10% and in green the X prestige.

What is the problem?

But I want to know, how many point I need to be in the top 10% in general, just to have a chance.

its not xxx points, it goes off top 10% of floor 4 players, Thats alll floor 4 not just your server. I think it also has to do with who actually climbs and who gets demoted. there is only a certain amount of places on f5 that im aware of. f5 is only 1 server.

This is not answer my second question: how many point I need to be in the 10% of all the floor 3, on average

Sorry, I read your post wrong. I thought you said to climb to floor 5. to get to floor 4 the requirement is top 100 in weekly pvp score at reset on Sunday at 00:00 GMT. Which was about 3.5 hrs ago. Were you in the top 100 at that time? Your weekly score resets to 1500 at that time. The exact number of points should be irrelevant. Because there are probably 28 floor 4 servers. If you were in top 100 at the time appraisal started, and had the required prestige points. I would send support a ticket ingame and email them at mltsupport @haypi.com

Top 10% is anywhere from 1600-1800 or higher. But if u get to climb in the 1600s range ur lucky. Usually it's abut 1700
