Is lifesaver that good? i was thinking about getting Rain but now everyone is saying lifesaver is OP. Also, does Rain activate on WB/Boss raid?

In Haypi Monsters, the weather at Boss Raid fights is stabilized, so I would assume it to be the same in The Lost Tower.

It won't be activated on world boss I believe.
The good thing about Lifesaver ,in ladder tournament, the bot is too stupid to attack with a magical skill most of the times.
